Well, most residents will soon be moving out in droves. This apartment complex is going condo, so it's either buy one or move. Not that I mind too terribly. Me rent went up $80/month (with no notice of this rate hike in advance) this year, and for that, I might as well find another place. I was only going to stay here long enough to find a decent place. I'll just be looking a bit sooner than expected.
