This was our first apartment and it was alright for being the first but we are not renewing our lease. The apartment complex is older so the appliances are not updated and we are having problems with the sink/garbage disposal, washing machine and dryer, and the ice maker doesn't work. Maintanence is nice but sometimes takes a few days to get to your apartment. Recently we found out that there is a major leak between our apartment floor and the person below us. This has resulted in severe mold problems in her apartment. The management refuses to give her a break on rent and have dragged out fixing the mold problem for 8 months! There is also evidence that they knew about the mold before she even moved in! Beware of apartment 3403 #13 (The apartment below us)! Also the rent was raised just before we signed the lease from 574 to 634 for 650 sq ft.
