I've been living in apartments since 1973 and this is better than most. My wife and I have lived here almost 15 years. My biggest complaint is in the size of the rent increases. Before the current owner took control our rent went up $10, maybe $15 a year. Since the new guy came in the increased have been at least $25, and this year our rent is going up by $50. That's too much of a jump in one year.
