i lived1 in this apartment complex for a little over a year.the property manager when i signed the lease was Billy. A very nice person. Friendly knowlegeable and very helpul. She was transffered and a new lady Ms pam came into the picture. From then on it was all downhill. She is very rude, does not know anything. That office works because of Jim and Dot. If those two were to move that would be the end of Brookside Manor. Beware of the maintenance supervisor, he tries to make the residents pay for repair works. it took him two months to replace the microwave oven in my house. When I moved out they charged me for carpet cleaning. When i pointed out that the stains they mention in their move out report has already been reported by me in my movein report. the property manager changed the story to cooking smell. They try to pass on the cost to you. BEWare look somewhere else. Ask for everything in writing and give all your complaints in writing and get acknowledgement
