Rents were just raised 110 a month for those who had leases expiring, bringing a one bedroom to over 800 a month plus water!! This is not worth it, as there are not even washers/dryers n the apt's, nor hookups. The appliances are very, very old, no cable jacks in the bedrooms, constant sugar ant problems throughout the apartments, water damage during storms, etc, etc etc.
Patti in the office is extremely rude, but Jenette and all the maintenece guys are wonderful. I will say that they keep the grounds very, very nice, and the 10 acre lake is beautful to look at, and is home to a large number of pelicans, ducks, and other birds. Maintenence also responds very quickly.
Although the grounds are very nice, the apartments are not ,and that is what matters. WAY over priced!

People need to report these things to government a place like this should be shut down if apartments are not getting the repairs they need. Any place that is leaking water has the potential to build mold, and cause health problems talk to your law makers. What I see here is people becoming greedy, and could care less about anyone else. Reality is you don't have to live at Camden, or any other place that has issues if your a renter so eventually these people will loose money.
