You must avoid living here at all costs. The apartments are small and outdated, the maintenance is non-existent. The office staff is rude and uncaring. They spend loads of money making sure the outside looks great (including the staff office space and rental office) and spend zero $ on making sure the apartments are kept up to date. We've stuck it out here, to save money for a house, now we have made the decision to move, and never look back. What sealed it was the washer/dryer situation. They have a system where you put money on cards and then use the cards on the machines. Someone broke into and damaged the machine (which says alot about the rest of the residents - but that's a different story altogether) - THAT WAS ON APRIL 2 - THEY HAVEN'T REPLACED THE MACHINE YET!! When we went into the office to ask if they had an alternative for us (i.e. cards to use) they said no, and didn't particuarly care that we couldn't do laundry. (Mind you, the girl was busy playing Solitaire, so I could see she may have been distracted). Our car has been broken into, there is constant noise inside and out of the apartments, people let their animals crap everywhere. It's awful. Run, run far away and DO NOT RENT HERE!!

Yes when I went there to get an apartment the place smelled like crap must have been people's dogs pooping on the lawn. That was enough to make me want to leave. I sure would not want to live in a place that smells like a poop pile.
