Parking was not offered directly in front of our apartment door, which would've been nice but isnt too big of a deal. However, as our apartment was in the back, there was plenty of parking available, but it isnt well lit at all. I typically work a shift that goes late into the night, and wasn't comfortable coming home in the dark with no lights and having to walk around to my door. Also, my boyfriend had his car broken into in the middle of the night once and his stereo was stolen. We would frequently hear our upstairs neighbors, a couple with two kids, even though their apartment was a one bedroom. As I work a shift into the late night, their kids were always so noisy first thing in the morning as they got ready for and headed out to school. They focused a lot on keeping the landscape well-maintained, however the buildings themselves are almost an eyesore. They do, however, have an efficient maintenance team. Not exactly friendly, but efficient. I absolutely loathe the management. Patty was our lease agent. She was so overly helpful to us on our initial visit and lease signing, but she became a nightmare after we had moved in and gave us a hell of a time when we came in with notice of our intent to vacate at the end of our lease. She was rude and overall incredibly unhelpful about anything we needed. Also, it was frustrating to not have a laundry washer and dryer in our apartment. For the amount of money we paid in rent, the community, amenities, management, and apartment size itself were totally pitiful. We were more or less living in a slightly oversized closet. Also, we had major bug problems for a couple months after move-in. We have since moved into another complex that is such a higher class. We haven't had a single issue, love the management, the buildings, landscape, and apartments are spacious and beautiful, better location... and it's not even $50 more a month than what we paid at Camden.
