Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
I lived at the Camden Providence lakes while it was it was "The Manors" and also for a year and a half after it changed management to CAMDEN (and it got worse).
Pros:
- My vehicle in the garage didn't get keyed
Cons:
- My vehicle that was NOT in a garage DID get keyed
- my neighbor's car was broken into
- TV was stolen from workout room and never replaced
- getto blasting stereos are common
- I had a major maintainence issue that lasted for several months and they were unresponsive and did not fix it till I got a lawyer
