We recently moved out of Camden Providence Lakes after a few years there. In the
beginning, it appeared the staff was friendly. But there have been major staff
changes, and in the end, something changed when you walked into the office.They became very unfriendly and actually "put out" when you needed something. Too many big egos at once in the office. Lots of backstabbing too. Camden used to be very
structured, but of late, they rent to anyone. Renters are here today, and gone in
a month. They also have started shoving as many people into a small 2 bedroom as
they can-sometimes 3 or 4 kids and 2 parents. The noise level is not the best either.
You can hear the neighbors next to you/behind you/above you. If someone slams the
front door hard, the entire building feels it. Watch out for the dog poop too. Some
people walk these large dogs and let them poop anywhere and everywhere, and walk
away, leaving it for you to step in. Lots of open areas in the fence that surrounds
the property, so anyone can get in at any time. Many vehicle break-ins. Maintenence
is good-fixed our broken a/c the same day. Appliances are new, but cheap. "Fee"
for trash pick-up is a joke. Cable is Comcast-the worst we have ever seen!
FORGET IT if you have High Def-it does not offer it to that complex-so all in all-
if you look around-for the rent they charge-you can do much better.
