I have been here for about five months. I was wondering why this brand-new place was giving away 2 months free when noone else in town was and now I know why. Crap! totally built like crap. You can hear everything! Literally I can hear my neighbor pee.

Forget getting too much free rent! Allthis does is bring in people who can't really afford to live here. Trust me, this place will be ghetto really soon. Pay full price and get a better place.
