I am sure that the overpriced rents at the Pointe will be the best review of all. Let it be known that this place is way overpriced, the Management Co. is on its way into bancruptcy. I am a consultant for the Bay Area Condo Vendor Alliance and the Managers of this complex have become a poster-child for poor serice. They have lost most, if not all of their contracts to manage. This place has been open for over one year and they have already been through three managers. Less than 90 percent oocupied after 12 months. Wow, what an accomplisment when others are 110 percent.

Look at the blatant neglect. Try and talk to the onsite Manager Tammy, that is a regional manger for several other properties. She is never onsite. The condition of the property is almost criminal. Yes, I agree. My daughter and live in the same building. We just renewed our leased, and I think we might have made a mistake. My daughter just got a notice forf a 3-day eviction of nonpayment of rent. naturally upset, she called, has a copy of her rent check. I personally know my daughter has normally paid before the 1st every month for the entire year. We pay our checks together most of the time, except sometimes she pays her early, I do not. When she called, upset by the 3-day eviction notice, all the assistant manager told her was to calm down they make mistakes, but they didn't have time to check it until "tomorrow." They kept telling her we're all human, we make mistakes. You don't make a legal eviction notice until it's checked out. My daughter as so upset she couldn't eat. Never been late on a payment to anyone, particularly rent.When she asked the assistant manager to check, she was told they don't have time to check everybody's late payment and was so rude to her, my daughter has been in tears. Comments from other staff who have been in her apartment tells her it's the cleanest one in the complex. My daughter is immaculate, is an accountant herself. You don't send a legal eviction notice without some question or checking into why it was happening, not to be told they don't have time to check. Grounds for legal remedy! The management in this complex has never really been helpful and we almost didn't renew. Won't be another time, I can tell you.
