Ok..My lease is finally over and I cannot peel rubber to leave this place quick enough! (The were just sold to CAMDEN!!! ...that should say alot right there. This plce brings the ghetto to a new level.

To briefly say what it was like, picture NO parking, parties until the sun comes up, sex at the pool and hot tub at all hours of the night, drugs, drugs, drugs... Forgot your gate card' NO problem just drive through them!! Why not' everyone else does.

Have a question for the management company' PCMG Well you might as well just ask the local dogs running around with no leashes.. because they would be more apt to have an answer for you than the management company.

Here are a few statements I received from the company...NO LIE:

"gates are just for show..we all know that"
"We must have misplaced your rent...you may want to just repay it"
"Walking a half mile to your apartment when there is no parking shouldn't make you that upset..it should let you know people enjoy being at our apartments'
"It is not our job to pick up the dog mess that covers the lawn..its the residents"
"Do you know who has been driving through the gates'"
"Listen your complaint is not on the top of my list right now"
.... the list goes on.

I jumped in my car when my lease was up peeled rubber...my girlfriend didnt even want to stop to return the keys so we put it in an envelope and mailed them!! my tire marks can be found in front of my building thats how quick we wanted to get the hell out!

I promise you this place is horrific! Oh yea..dont hit the little gangbangers that chill in the road at 3am and break into cars. They try to make you hit them!

All of you who are still in a lease...MAY THE LORD BE WITH YOU!!..lol
Camden will take over the leasing office this week! GOODLUCK!!!!!!!
