Great apartments Very bad Management by the ghetto

Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
I have been living here for 11 months not renewing because they are way overpriced and the management is horrible. The apartments are nice but nothing gets fixed and sharing water bills is just wrong. I am a pilot and I am home every other week and my water bill is 70 dollars because other people use so much water I have to pay for it. Also its right next store to a really bad neighborhood. Parking is also really bad
