Run as fast as you can! This by far has been an unpleasant experience. Ive been here since January, now Camden owns this property which has gone to the DOGS!!
1.NO PARKING!! Its ridiculous to come home and cannot find a decent parking space, I literally have to walk two buildings down just to get to my door, every day!!
2.Too many loud LOUD LOUD young people, I am young myself (25) but the people at this complex act very immature, Loud parties all hours of the night, loud singing all hours YES singing!
3. OVERPRICED!! at the time i signed up they had a special going on but beware of hidden fees like renters insurance, trash payments, not to mention shared water bills, never in my LIFE have i ever had to pay a small apartment water bill of $60 dollars!

cannot wait until my lease expires.
oh yeah the pond is growing some kind of green algae not to mention trees!!!

Yeah, I'm looking for places to live in FL and reviews like this are not helpful. You're complaining about nothing. 1. Oh no! You have to walk two WHOLE buildings?!? Gosh how can you live like that? 2. Loud, loud, young people aren't hard to deal with. You call the cops and report a noise violation. Its their job. Use them. 3. Renter's insurance is not a hidden fee. Its something you should have anyway. I don't know if they can require you to get renter's insurance, but I know they can't force you to buy it from THEM. Thats illegal. In your defense, yeah I've never heard of "shared water" either. Plus most apts include trash removal, but should (if not manditory) disclose otherwise before a lease signing.

You Will never know unless youve lived here. no one should have yo have two buildings to get to their front door, do you have to walk that far for your front door? and if you do prob cause you dont pay as much as i do for rent! 2.YES it is MANDATORY to get renters insurance here MANDATORY. YES every building shares a water bill based off of water consumed by each apt in the building. 3. Why are you even commenting on an APT that you dont even live in anyways???

I have been working in management for the past 10 years and the person who is complainting is right! there are some apartment complex that charges you for the water bill and mess up some bills.. rental insurance is not supposed to be force by management.. but if something happened you better know they wont replaced any personal belongs..If you are looking for an apt you MUST: request a copy of the lease to be review before moving day, all promises in writting, to see your actual apartment before you moving or not sign lease, you have the right to contact the MAIN OFFICE and report any issue (IN WRITTING), take pictures and video on your moving day, take pictures and video on move out day.. parking: there are some places you wont have assigned parking area so you must have to walk long distances to be able to get home.. right now we are going through a economy situation so take advantage and ask the management company for extras before you apply.. before you apply drive through the apts you will like to apply (different hours) and see by yourself activity, you can also request management permission to walk by property and interview people and confirm how things are managed.. I hope this information can be helpful!!!
