I have lived here for about a month now and I can say, that besides the completely incompetent staff and the fact that I can hear my upstairs neighbor taking a piss, things have been going great!!! The apartments are nice but the staff is seriously a joke. I was assured when I moved in that my carpets would be freshly cleaned and my back porch would be stained to get the dirt and grime that the previous renter had left off. Of course, come move in day, none of the above was done. I have now put in about 6 requests for this to be done and I am still waiting. And I have heard just about every excuse as to why it's not done yet- tired of it. I was really, really hoping to find a place that I could stay in for awhile instead of moving to a new apartment everytime my lease was up- but I suppose I will keep looking! Eleven more months of this crap!!
