Courtney Trace over all is a nice place to live. The office staff is sweet and helpful, the maitenence really takes pride in how the grounds look and the pool is always clean. The amenities here are wonderful.They throw holiday parties, have tanning and the location couldn't be better. However, before renting here you should know that the walls are paper thin, you will hear everything your neighbor is doing, from going to the bathroom, shutting a cabinet door, laundry, stomping around to having sex. This can be quite annoying. Parking is another issue, I'm not sure if they expected everyone to pay an extra hundred dollars a month for a garage, but if you get home after 6 p.m. forget about parking near your building. I have even had to park at Costco before because there aren't enough parking spots for the residents. There will never be a "perfect" place to live and this does have some nice perks. You take the good with the bad.
