Not only are the walls paper thin, people park in your garage parking spot you pay for, bugs are taking over, people don't pick up their dog's poo, office staff could care less but once you move out they will pull back the carpet, and go through your apartment with a black light and charge you outrageous fees! I didn't believe it when I read a review on here but yep it's true. Apartment life here sucks! For the amount you pay, it's not worth it at all. Get ready to hear every single noise your neighbor is doing, peeing, showering, doing laundry,playing their stereo so loud your windows shake, vacuumning, and having sex! The office staff is a joke about taking care of any problems, and a rental cop doesn't do jack when it's 1 am and your in need of someone to take care of the clowns that you share a wall with. Parking is a freaken joke here if you work past 5 forget about finding a space and the gates are always broken and when they are working expect for people to cut you off and almost hit your car to get in before you. My car was hit twice in the parking lot while living here. Maitenence sucks, the plumming sucks expect your tub and sink to constantly be clogged. If your looking for a nice community keep looking because Courtney Trace isn't it!!!!
