Don't waste your time trying to be a resident of this apartment complex. The apartments are so small. They totally lack in storage space. I can't even fit my bedroom set in my room! There are NO linen closets to put your towels, rags, and other lines inside. Therefore you have to place them in your dresser drawers or in your already full closets.

The cable services Suck. The apartment complex doesn't allow you to obtain Bright House. They sub-contract with a cable company called Mainstream Media. This company only has about 40 cable channels, and every time the wind blows it goes out. The cable fee is added on to the rent every month, and it always have technical problems. For instance one week you might be missing half the channels, the next weeks you might not have 10 channels, and the following week you may not have service at all. When you report these problems to management they blow you off and tell you that it's nothing they can do at this time.

The washers/dryers are so small. You basically have to dry your clothes 2 to 3 times to get them dry. You might as well go to the laundry mat.

Management sometimes even searches residents apartments while they are at work to make sure that everyone on the lease is living in the home, and to make sure your apartment is clean.


If you have an internet provider you like and want to keep, forget it if you move here. You have to go with the internet provider they chose for you.

Once again, don't waste your time and move here, you will regret it. Im counting down the days until my lease is up so I can get the hell out of here.
