Its an affordable apartment community, Income guidelines apply. Its is a very BUSY community, feels like grand central station, cars coming and going all hours of day and night, speeding playing loud music. Most of the residents are spanish speaking. Mostly a Latino community. No disrespect to them but the Loud loud latino music by the pool, in the cars and blarring out of apartments gets unbearable at times.

There are 'gangs' of teens and young people gathered on the stairs, they play ball in the parking lot, ball bounces off cars that are parked. When you ask politley if they would play elsewhere they just ignore you and their parents are watching and do nothing about it either.

The apartments are small, the kitchen is Tiny if you can call it a kitchen. No counter space and too few cabinets. Its Bit design flaw there!!

Lets talk about the sugar ants or what ever they are called. those tiny tiny ants take up residence and you cannot do anything to rid them. The place is infested. Pest control does not solve the problem. In everyroom in the apartment there GROSS. kitchen counter is crawling with them dipite cleaning them with lysol they seem to be ammune.

Parking is totally inadequate. You are lukcy to park near your building if at all, the spaces are very close and we had our car doors dinged many times.

Pool is nice but can get very overcrowded with lots of kids and teens horseplaying around, the music is the worst at the pool loud latino music blarring out from not one but sometimes 2 different players.. making it even worse.

If you want affordable, with frequent crime, (check crime tracker) then give it a go. WE lived there for a yr and could not wait to get out.
