When me and my mother first moved in to this place in 2004, we thought it was perfect. She was recently divorced from my father and would be on her own for the first time so affordable was a must. So when we found Cypress Trace it was awesome. But after about a year it went downhill. First off, maintenance comes in whenever they want. No warning nothing. Once I was in the shower and they were in the apartment when I got out! The trash piles up in the dumpster. Not only that but my mother and I had both fairly new cars...and once her tire was slashed and once I had a big scratch down my door. It was terrible. The kids run around like savages all day and night running up and down stairs and slamming doors. And the worst thing that happened is one day we were robbed of all our jewelry...every single piece. PLEASE do NOT live here!! Not unless you want to get robbed or have your car vandalized.
