Cypress Trace was once a very nice place to live and very affordable. It is now one of the worst apartment complex in Brandon. The complex is about 95% Hispanic. Most of the people here are LOUD, RUDE, FILTHY and have no respect for their neighbors. Cigaret butts, garbage left in the breezeway, they keep their doors open and congregate from one apartment to the other like roaches. These people are straight up GHETTO and NASTY. As for the parking you cannot get a space close to the building you live in due to the fact that there are several families living in one apartment and have multiple cars. The sugar ants have taken over the apartments and maintenance show up without notice. Cable and internet stinks. Garbage pile up at the dumpster and sometimes stays there for days at a time. As for Management, they are nice and polite but have no idea how to manage an apartment. This will be my last year here. My advice to anyone thinking about moving here, STAY AWAY unless you like living in FILTH.
