Its terrible. Horrible parking . Poor maintenence. Over priced !!!!!!!!!!!

Its terrible. Office is always closed. Fat lady that works there has terrible attitude. Apartments are in bad shape and overpriced coz its in brandon. parking space is terrible . Hardly any room to move. Maintenence staff is un-professional. Owners have attitude. Don't rent unless you have reason to.
