I AM CONSIDERING THIS COMPLEX. WILL BE COMING FROM OUT OF STATE. WOULD LIKE MORE INFO ie: HOW OLD IS THE PROPERTY? ANY CHRONIC PROBLEMS?SECURITY ISSUES? YOUTHFUL PARTY ANIMALS?
