I have lived here for 3 years with substantial rent hikes, water is not included and does not have a meter as told by management. Owner is too cheap to buy extra trash receptacles which in turn makes this place look dirty. They have no idea how to fix anything and it takes pulling teeth to get any new appliances, all their work in the apartments are "mickey moused". Do not rent here unless the state pays for it because thats all that lives here anyway. The walls are so thin you can hear your neighbors talking, this place is over 30 years old and needs to be demolished
