Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
 
Don't move in here if you enjoy air conditioning. If anything goes wrong, it won't get fixed. The landlords are cheap and rig everything just enough to keep it working another week. Lots of drug dealing and vandalism. Uneducated retards for management. Management changes hands faster than your lease can renew...because nobody wants to take care of this place.
