I was without air for two and a half days. I contacted the office and a leasing representative came to check the air conditioner. She had no clue what was wrong. Which was understandable, since she was a leasing agent. They then sent maintenance, who also was unable to fix the problem. I was told by maintenance nothing could be done for two days. My apartment was well over eighty degrees. I called the office and spoke to the manager who was very rude. She did not even apologize for the inconvience. She also stated this was not an emergency situation. I advised her I would not be paying for rent for the days I was without air conditioning. She stated I would have to pay rent regardless, of not having air. For the money I pay to live here it's not worth it.
