Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
 
I have lived in some hell holes, but I don't think this place is that. One's epxerience is usually dictated by how the neighbors act. I rarely hear the neighbors (except the occassional bedroom action next door).

Beyond that it's very quiet and well insulated. I have yet to turn the heat on during the winter -- it well enough insulated to not need to be heated in my apartment.
