I've lived in Hamlin Apartment for over 2 years, and I love it. The apartments are tastefully decorated, the staff has always been friendly and helpful, and during the times in which I've needed maintenance assistance or repairs, they've been responsive and thorough.

I haven't experienced anything like the comments in some of the poor reviews on this site. In fact, I'm a little surprised by them. The only issue I've ever had is with the limited parking, and even this hasn't been too bad. For the money, I don't think there's a better apartment community in the Tampa area.

And I agree! I have lived here for the same amount of time and think the same thing. I was pretty shocked to see bad reviews too, but I guess we all can't rid the world of complainers.
