I have lived at hamlin for about 9 months now, we did decide to renew our lease, because they are very nice apartments. However, ever since then it has NOTHING but headaches. The Manager of the complex whom, may I add won best manager of last year or some un-deserved award, is very rude, and unfortunatley makes you pay for their mistakes, would be a good place to live, unfortunatley not with her as the manager.

It couldn't be to much of a headache if you RENEWED your lease. You are probably the headache and the manager of Hamlin is very nice.

I beg to differ with you....The manager a Hamlin is extremely nice. Apparently her award counts for something because awards are not just given away, people have to earn them. If you were that disgruntle you would not have renewed your lease, Hamlin isn't the only nice apartment complex in Brandon.

I agree that the current manager is RUDE to say the least. She also lies and is disrespectful. I completely agree with you. We just moved out and we went for our final walk through to turn in our keys. They had already entered the apartment and there was paint everywhere on the counters walls and carpet. Then they said they were going to charge us for carpet damage. I am so glad to be out of there.

Well, I am looking for an apartment and I drove by this place and love the way it looks but now after reading all this stories I am scared!!!!!!
