The Hamilin is a great apartment complex. I haven't had a problem with noise (other than cars with loud bass driving through the parking lot) and although there are little water ants, there is regular pest control.

I agree that the staff isn't always the most professional, but after 6 months, I've never needed to interact with them. That impression came from my initial lease interaction.

I love the crown molding and high ceilings. The amenities are top notch and I feel like I'm home.
