Well living on the second floor is not the best experience but although I complained a whole lot, the staff went out of there way to make me happy. I had a bug problem that was caused by a neighbor's laziness and they looked into it immediately after I complained a lot. Every time I see them they are nice to me. And my apartment is really nice for what I'm paying. The property is beautiful and clean. The rent is high but so is every other apartment in that area. I feel I definitely get my money's worth.
