This place is attractive looking inside and out, however that's it. My first week living in the apartment I had to have pest control come in because I had ants. Lets just say during the entire time I was there the ants never left even though my place was treated plenty of times. The ants were everywhere, they were in the kitchen, the built in desk, the bathroom, and they even got into my childs bed. My neighbors were horrible. They were loud on a consitant basis. I had to put in a noise complaint which didnt bother them because they kept on partying like there was no one else living in the building. On one particular occasion, my nieghbor had a nerve to argue with me at almost 1 am about them being loud. If I'm knocking on your door at 1 am then there's obviously a problem. It was nothing for me to be awaken at 1:30, 2:30, or 3:30 in the morning by loud music and partying. Long story short stay away.

I know exactly who this girl is, and just like she didnt mention names I wont either....One thing that people like her fail to realize is that you LIVE in these apartments, you don't just sleep in them. People have lives in these apartments, these apartments are our homes!!People like her expect to live in apartments that are only seperated by thin plywood and thin drywall and hear absolutely nothing! If that is what you expect moving into an apartment than you are very very mistaken!! Although these apartments are very peaceful it is not out of the ordinary to occasionally hear a neighbor and that comes with the territory! She also did not mention how no one ever complained about her son bouncing his basketball at all hours on her balcony booming away over and over and over! Or how you could hear her through the walls yelling at him explicitly, to get up in the morning or anyone complaining about her very public sex life!! This is a review from a very NASTY women who is obviously very upset, depressed and angered at her "MISTAKES" in her personal life! And therfor took them out on her neighbors! And lets get one thing clear, was it her neighbors waking her up every hour.....or the fact that she was a nasty ass pregnant woman who was mad at the world for the life she gave herself!!! Trust me when I say this and I speak for alot more people than myself, we're more happy she is gone,,,than she is!!!

Hello Anonymous. I am the mother of the women you have so ungraciously made comments about. I am also an attorney and would like to inform you that such comments about a person's character as you have stated can be held against you in the court of law. Going forward, please keep this in mind as you express you personal and ill feelings about individuals. Also, as I understand, the apartment complex asks for comments from past and/or current Hamlin residents. In turn, those past and/or current Hamlin residents should not be cyber-attacked because they have posted their honest opinion. Your comments would make potential renters leary about renting at Hamlin. Just some food for thought.

Wow, I get on this website to look at reviews about apartments and I end up finding a verbal cat fight. Grow up please ladies...all of you, even the attorney!
