The apartments are okay. They serve their purpose. That is it. Our neighbors are rude and we have had to call in noise complaints more than once. I realize that these places are not sound proof and that people do live in them, but you can have respect for your neighbor because they live there as well. The problem, however, was taken care of and we did not have to put up with it but for a few hours. I have not had much face time with management so I don't know if they lie, steal or cheat. For pet owners, they could have more of the doody buckets placed around. There are some mystery stains on the concrete in the stairwells which could be taken care of to make the apartments look nicer, but all-in-all, they are okay.
