I needed to have one of the fixtures fixed. Request was made personally. One week after, no maintenance had show up. I needed to call and follow up on it only to be told that they cannot process my request. I went to the leasing office only to be given an attitude by the management.

Management never took the time to phone in. Not courteous, very unprofessional.
