If you live on the 3rd floor this place may not be bad. I lived in a 1st floor unit for a year. I could hear eveything my upstairs neighbors did. EVERYTHING!! When I called about an issue, sometimes the office staff would argue with me about the issue or tell me to fix it myself. When I moved in, the office staff was great, but they have now hired these 2 yahoos, 1 is extremely rude, while the other doesn't know what she is doing. The place looks nice on the outside, but everything inside is cheap.

When you live in an apartment you're going to be able to hear your neighbors. Apartment bulidings typically are comcrete on the 1st fl, but frame on the 2nd & 3rd fl......so yes you can expect to hear your neighbours everyday living sounds. But when there are valid noise complaints i.e music,deliberate stomping, shouting, etc, these issues are brought to managements attention, and are quickly addressed with the resident that isn't being respectful of their neighbors. As far as the yahoo's in the front office. I believe that our staff is great! We've had no other complaints about the 2 new girls in our office and if there was any truth behind the statement made I'm sure this person would have left their name rather than be anonymous.
