complaint notice

It seemed as if there was a complaint at your door for every little thing. They always find something wrong. If your dog barks once, rest assured that there will be a notice at your door. Tenants pay a hefty deposit for their pets but their dogs can not bark. Staff does not work well with service members either. Don't waste your time with this apartment complex.

We have lived in this community for 3 years and have had a wonderful experience. It is very hard for some people to live in an apt, some people can't take the "loud" noises from neighbors, we haven't had any problems. The truth is, whether you live in an apt or a housing community, if your dog barks all day and all night, your going to get complaints. We own a cat, if my cat "meowed" all day and all night, and it bothered my neighbors, I would want to be notified, so I can rectify the situation. Let me also mention, we too are military and we have been treated with the upmost respect, just because "your" military doesn't put you a step above everyone else.
