I've been here for a little while and I have to say that some of the staff IS really nice but that one woman, -----, is just awful: she's unfriendly and seriously rude.

The apartments are great, as is the complex. The gate always works. I haven't had any issue with bugs or anything other than a few minor repairs, which were handled promptly.

Unfortunately, the walls are PAPER thin. I have to listen to my upstairs neighbors' kids run back and forth all day and night and it sounds like I'm living beneath a herd of baby elephants. And I can hear EVERY single rotation of their clothes dryer. I can even hear them clanking plates when they're loading or unloading their dishwasher! Just doesn't seem like many of the residents in my particular building have an understanding that apartment life is a little different than single family home life! But I don't really blame Lucerne for that--except for the hollow walls. BuLYzGcKAVo8MQPlcXJq

I have never had a problem with the girls in the office, any of them.
