My complaints are endless: The staff are awful, they have mocked me when I called to complain about people parking on the curbs. They cannot write a lease properly and screwed ours up several times. The people working here are unbelievable! I have never been talked to this way by anyone in a service provider capacity. The maintenence staff are in their 60s and it takes them a minimum of 3 visits to fix anything that breaks and things will break. Or they just might never work, like our dishwasher we have complained about over five times. They never cleaned our carpets before we moved in and they painted over some type of animal hair in the doorways. The grounds are pretty bad as well if you actually look. The fake windows on the buildings are always falling off and the gate is always broekn. If you ask when they will have something fixed they will tell you it is not in the budget this month!

I have such a strange feeling that the above comment was made by someone who works in the office herself: ------. Yes, ------, of course you've lived here and had a great experience because, well, you ARE one of the catty women working in the office that talks trash about everyone who has a complaint. I can't think of someone who fits your above description of "pompous, egotistical, megalomanic, prejudiced ass" more than you - unless of course you add "with ugly tramp hair" to it.

Oh. Okay. Let me post the pertinent info here then: if you want to live at a community where you will be talked about and mocked by the catty staff for even breathing, rent here!!!!

Yeah, you are absolutely right. My carpets were filthy when we moved in and the walls weren't even painted. There were scuff marks all over the place and strings of glitter in our bathroom. Even the bathrooms were dirty. You could even tell where the previous people had their bed in the master bedroom (again could've painted over it) and in one bedroom the closet doors don't close and the walls in there were black.
