I Have lived here for 6 months now and I like it. I am planning to renew my lease. I signed a short lease because I wanted to test this place out and I will now be signing a 12 month lease. I have no problems with my neighbors and everyone is friendly. Late in the nights you might not be able to find parking but thats not a big issue for me. I just park on the sides because I have a small car so it does not interfere or block anyone. Staff has been pretty good to me. Only two occassion where minor issues were not resolved timely. Maintenance is great, up keep of grounds are great. I do have a problem with gates being broken often. I think once there is an issue with the gate it should be fixed right. It's just not a gated community if gates or broken. Aside from that, all is good. I would recommend to others.

Yeah, you must work there!! Gates are ALWAYS broken!! And yep there is ALWAYS no parking. Just last night, there was a truck parked up on the curb because there is NO parking!!! Staff is incomp. to say the least and I mean the office staff. Even the office manager doesn't know what the heck she is doing or what's going on. Yeah, if you lived at Lucerne and weren't part of the staff then you would have more problems!! But just the way you talk about the place, you are trying to get people to live there!!

Sorry but I do not, nor have I ever worked for the Lucerne. This is my experiene so far from my 6 months of leaving here. I am not trying to recruit anyone. Again, "I DO have a problem with gates being broken often. I think once there is an issue with the gates it should be fixed right away. It's just not a gated community if gates or broken." It would be great if the rent was not so high as well.
