I have lived here only a few months and everything has gone very well. The gate may have broken once or twice but that is normal for an apartment complex. I have lived at Charleston landing and Westbury at lake Brandon and both of there gates where broken all the time also. That's just apart of living in apartments. I am in a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom and I find the price to be very fair especially considering the area. I have a family so feeling safe is very important to me and I feel very safe here. The parking can be bad at night but that is also apart of living in apartments. I have never lived in an apartment where you can find a spot easily at night. not even in the most luxurious. The floor plan is cute and cozy and I can definitely call this place home. I love the patio and the fact that I have a storage closet. There can be some noise but again is this an apartment, you are going to hear noise no matter what. The neighbors are nice and the staff has been very nice to me also. I havent had any problems yet but Im sure when one comes up they will be very nice about it. Its all about your attitude to them. I saw a picture of a roach on here. I don't have roach's in my apartment but Im sure some people do. all you need is to be messy or have a messy neighbor and you will get roach's in fl. That has nothing to do with the apartments.
