I have been a tenant at Lucerne Apts for over 3 years. I am very pleased with the layout and find it very comfortable. I have no complaints about the service as they have always responded in a timely manner to my requests. I have found this a pleasant place to live and with the advent of a new manager for this development I have personally seen how committed she is to making this a desirable place to live Location-wise it very accessible to shopping, entertainment and about 20 minutes away from Tampa
