Rape in the parking lot (kept secret by management). Rotten cabinets, mildewed linoleum, sky high electric bills, pool frequently closed, playground and basketball hoops have been broken for a year, cops here every week. To top it off, they charge you whatever they want for water/sewer/trash-usually 80.00 a month! Don't move here!

Rape in the parking, that is strange for something like that to ahppen and not even the police hascame to find out if anyone seen anything or at that go to the office, Did this rape happen when the office was open that theyso call are keeping it a secret, or did this happen who knnows what time and what was this person doing at that time coming from work??? as for the pool we have some bad kids living here that the parents cant even control and when they f--k up the pool yes it will be closed. playground should be taken care of but we have a bunch of saveg kid that is what they get, it's not a basket ball cout it's a tennis court that as well has not been taken care of the resident that live there so that is on thelast of the todo list , it would be on mine if i worked at the office, regarding the cop's I welcome them any time I have nothing to hide do you????and the water well yaya yu are probly not home all day and you only take a bath once a week so yes you are being chage to much and if you still live here MOVE OUT.

Ha ha ha that basketball hoop was left there from when I was a tenant in 2002-2003 so Ummm if its broken I dont think it would ever have been the office's responsibility b/c well it wasnt theres in the first place. LMAO I cant believe they have it there still or that someone is actually bitching b/c its not fixed HA HA that is ------- fantastic
