well at first not to good but the property keeped on getting diffrent managment com. and new staff, so that was an up and down thing but this last yr. thing have gotten better and i wish we had a bigger play ground for thi kids but well we have a pool that at last is open more than ever the new girl has done a good if not a great job with some of the people that live here not even given props when they should only compl. at thing that is not really big , you know the ones tht always pay late or have kids making it hard for the parents and they can't even handdle them. but it has gotten better.

You are so right only the ones that pay late have bad things to say or the ones that have nothing to do but try to get other in trouble but the Girl that is in the office is doing a very good job there are so many thing that are being done that never was done befor that it's funny how people that have not even ben there so long can say that this is not agood place , people MOVE OUT IF IT'S THAT BAD ya, ya now they will say that the rent is good but the service is bad SO MOVE OUT, try to fine some thing better that this place. pool is open for the first time all summer long from a long time , I have been living at Palisades for over 8 years and I have other family members that live here and others that have moved out and i feel that Gladys is doing more that what any of ther other property managers have done, yes they where good but she is making things happen that neve happen before, we always had gettogethers but she gets out there and I in all the yr living here never seen any one clean the lundry room or the front of the office or get there up to 45min before office is open and still people say thing that is not right. we should all be thankfull for the good place we live at and help keep it that way

finaly something good is said about the work being done and you can't forget Nancy she has been on this property for a bit now and she has put more than any other leasing person here and she would get out and clean the apartments not because she said anything this i seen many time and thank god for this new compay I know she happy she don't have to do that any more she good. and the 2 spansh maint. they are good to the big one is more of the mean face tipe but he will say a jock here and there and the short one he cool and realy trys to talk some inglish. but you know there are some people out there that think they know it all and when the tuff gets going the going gets tuff. they all are doing a great job hope they don't go nywhere because well be sorry..

well the word is out, they gave gladis the boot, yes and nancy wish has came true, she always said that she should have been the manager and now she is and lets hope things dont go down hill, the new company will do some work on the property but I hope they do some in the inside the apartment too. gladis did a pretty good job but lets see how it will go for Nancy

well let see if this new owner can do as good and the mile what ever the name was but they di d good wish they did more but when the price is right we have to hope for the best.

i have lived in palisades for at least 3 years and due to some new management " property owners " its looking great things are improving just like any new management company ... its not always the staff its the company to that can help turn the place around, but in this case the staff is great that mantneince guy is a great help along with Nancey who has helped with the property for a good time now, and does a awesome job!They do and are doing there best.
