I lived in Plantation Key for 2 years. My neighbors sucked, the management sucked, my license tag was stolen, and my cell phone was stolen. When I moved after 2 years they kept my security deposit because my carpet was dirty. I have a small child that likes Koolaid. It's called wear and tear. The management was rude and never responded to any complaints.
Police helicopters circled the complex at least twice a week due to the high crime in the community, and several people were shot in that complex. I went to bed afraid every night because of the security issues. When i had the credit and the money, I took my son and left.
Do not move in if you don't have to.

me too ...at first i thought it was the normal ...i learned later it was the "RAIDS"....just ask the police that sit out there note: everything i post about these apartments (plantation key/Providence Park) are all cited information from first hand
