They are letting people move in here by the droves, and from the looks of it they are letting anyone with a security deposit move in without checking out the people first.
1) There is suppose to be a 25lb limit on all animals. Some people had these huge dogs like greyhouds, golden retrivers and other large beast.
2) The amount of broken beer bottles has tripled since my last post. A few nights ago while coming from my mail box, I steped right into a broken beer bottle, thankfully I had on shoes. This broken glass can lie on the ground for days before maintance will pick it up.
3) Many of the third floor apartments are vacent and unlocked, so who knows what or who is living in the building. It is a place were the homeless or criminals could live if they needed a quick hiding place.
4) maintance is slow. Then when you call it is an automative systems and it could be for days before someone comes to fix your things. Our A/C was out for several days this summer before someone came to fix it.
5) Our neighbors are party animals. There are always a congregation of people hanging around the apartments.
6) Parking is completely taken up by the party goers. It is not uncommon to have 10-12 cars parked on the hillside because there is no parking. No one is ever towed off. No one cares.
7) the garbage dumpster is usually overflowing and many times people just throw their garbage in front of the dumpster instead of putting the stuff inside.
These apartments have so much potential, but managment does not manage anything, this buildings just exist to collet rent.
Run away.

that is true i seen cars parked for days that was in pieces and nonthing ..i hope someone offical sees these remarks and do some undercover investigating ...cause if they know they'll just cover it up...i mean somthing isn't right if you have all these bad opinions and trust i checked out other apartments as well ...
