Overall it's not a bad place... For the price you can't beat it. I'm probably going to move there in about a month. One guy was found dead there, and it created a panic among everyone living there. They felt more Gangsta if they made it sound like the ghetto... Go here and look it up : http://crimetracker.tbo.com/ Since they hired security in 2004 it is one of the safest places around.

Security was hired. Because it was court mandated or the complex was going to be shut down. Why? Because of the drug dealers and safety infractions. Even with security there, my boyfriend's car was broken into in June, along with 13 others in the same day.

RealLifeNinja....you need to be slapped several times because we all now that that place is just a tax right off to help keep up their more secure and decent...dont believe me go to their bookkeeping office off of bears ....lol...take it from me your are not a human respected person anymore once you sign that lease ...that have gotten their commission now its time to get gone...you see :)
