Yeah, its cheap, but really not worth the headaches and incompetent staff. I should point out that the maintenance staff members have always been polite and helpful when they show up. However, that is the only positive thing about this place. The office staff is completely unprofessional and rude. Promises are made and never kept. There is private security here, but I have only seen them a couple times in the evening.
Antoher thing is the number of unsupervised children running around. I have nothing against kids, but there are a ton of young kids running around late at night with no adult in sight.
