Absolutely horrid..

Years at this apartment: 1995 - 2000
Lived there for 5 years. Staff was constantly changing and could have cared less about my concerns. Rent payment was lost by the office twice!
Maintenance came in to repair a drawer and put the facing in upside down! They also left the front door unlocked!
My car was broken into twice, my wife's car was vandalized 4 times. Reports to mgmt yielded nothing but shrugs.
Carpet was horrible when we moved in (bare patches/stains) but mgmt told us it was not old enough to replace. We tried for years to have replaced.
When we moved out, they tried to bill us for the carpet!!! They also billed us for painting the walls. You won't get your dpeposit back, and they could care less.
