Years at this apartment: 1997 - 2006
I've lived at this complex for many years and the only things keeping me here are the convenient location and the price (the past 2 years they've offered one month free rent in exchange for signing a new lease - an offer I couldn't say no to given my present financial situation). On the down side, the place is poorly kept up, part of the problem being some of my fellow residents who leave litter and garbage everywhere. It's disgusting. Rental office staff are dense and rude. Getting anything fixed in the apartment is an exercise in frustration-there is a "maintenance" phone line that is voice mail only- you call, leave your message, and have no idea when/if your problem will be resolved.
