We have lived here for nearly 15 months. The complex has gone from bad to worse. All the decent people in my building has moved out. The crowd that has replaced them are a bunch of partying drug dealers. The other night I pulled up and the neighbor was out in her panties going to her car. There is always an abundance of yelling and screaming. The grounds are not maintained. People put their trash outside thier doors for days at a time. There is suppose to be a limit to what people's pet's weigh, but there is an abundance of large dogs and I have seen pit bulls. There is always broken glass on the ground, the trash piles high at the dumpster. Maintence gives a new definition to the word slow. This is no place for children. You can never find parking. Our neighbors have parties all the time and that brings in large amounts of traffic. My car has been broken into 2 times. The grass is wilted, they never water it. My biggest question is that these people own apartments in south tampa that are immaculent. Why can't they clean of these buildings and grounds. Leasing office is horrible. The security rent a cop can be found at my neighbors house, more often than not.

You are correct. The management (or lack of) here completely sucks. All they care about is keeping the place full. My neighbor has 3 cats & 2 dogs, both large, causing us to have fleas. The "management" refuses to do anything about it. Try calling the district manager - Clayre Silva (813-910-7914, ext 41)- she never answers the phone & won't return your calls.

i completely agree ...with everything .I'm in providence park but they have the same owners. I been there for 2 1/2 yrs and since being there it has been a mess . I even had maintence tell me that if they dont know you they wont come to you right away , so stay away from the guy "J.R." he is a drug dealer and works for them. I seen so many people get robbed. Bookkeeping is always messing up your account information so it will teah you to keep receipts on everything you with them on business. I even had neighbors parting and threw up right in front of my apartments. i told maitence and nonthing happened. Leasing office is so rude and unprofessional, its not even funny. look if your immature and just starting out with apartments it might be good for you, but otherwise dont do it. It a reason why people are not giving good reviews.
