I tend to always air on the positive side. But I must admit this place is a sad situation. The grounds are dispicable. I cannot even walk my dog in the dog walk areas because they are covered with broken glass.. I dont know how anyone would ever let their kids outside. We pay extra in our rent for the "senic view"(not facing the parking lot), and to be honest the parking lot looks better than the view. the area behing my apartment is just dirt, with a couple of patches of grass. there is always trash in the back and bottles etc that pile up for days. It is like pulling teeth to get anything done from maintanace, and then when they come they play dumb like "they no understand, no speaka english"!!!!! I got them beat, cause "I speaka spanish". And lets not forget the leasing office.......I really believe that somebody hired some kid and all his thug friends and girls to run that office. they are all to busy flirting with eachother to get anything done.... it looks like something out of a teen movie(stupid movie)!!!! The pool areas are nasty... the tiles are falling off the pool wall. be careful when you swim you may step on a piece of tile.. one of there selling points is there jacuzzi which hasn't worked in years..lol..We wont even touch the subject of the dumpster..(can you say health inspector)...lets just say keep your eyes on the local news channel there may be a story soon!!!! If you ever want a good laugh take a drive to there oter property in new tampa compton place, and see how well there property is maintained.. you will be able to see immediatly that they dont give a rats tail about this dump, or anyone that lives in it.
